EATING DISORDERS

Thousands of women and an increasing number of men look in the mirror everyday and hate what they see.

Eating disorders include an obsession with food, weight, and appearence to the point that a person's heath, relationships and daily activities are greatly affected.

People often have eating disorders as a way of coping with emotional pain, conflicts related to separation, low self-esteem, depression, stress, or trauma.

There are three different types of eating disorders. To find out more information on these types, just click on the links at the top of the page.
